Refund & Return Policy

At M-Pressed Designs ("we," "us"), almost everything we sell is made to order: DTF transfers and gang sheets printed from your artwork, team uniforms, spirit wear, and embroidered and screen-printed apparel. Because of that, our policy is different from a typical retail store.

Quality control. Every order passes our multi-step quality control before it ships or is picked up. We check every order before it leaves our shop.

Custom items are not returnable. We can't accept returns, exchanges or refunds on custom or personalized items, including gang sheets, transfers, uniforms, spirit wear and decorated apparel. This includes orders where the wrong size, color or quantity was chosen at checkout.

Rare defects or shipping damage. If an item ever arrives defective, different from your order or approved proof, or damaged in shipping, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (including the packaging, for shipping damage). Please don't press, wash or wear an item you believe is defective before contacting us. We'll review it and work with you on a solution.

What isn't covered:

  • Artwork printed as submitted, including spelling, grammar, layout, sizing, low resolution (blurry/pixelated), backgrounds that weren't removed, and semi-transparent areas.
  • Small color differences between your screen and the printed product, and normal variation between garment dye lots.
  • DTF transfers that weren't applied with our recommended press settings (300°F, 5 seconds, hot peel, 5-second covered second press) or were applied to unsuitable fabric.
  • Wear and tear, or damage from washing or drying outside the care instructions.
  • Sizing: please check sizes before ordering. We're happy to help you choose sizes beforehand.

Cancellations. Once an order has entered production, it can't be cancelled. Gang sheets ordered by 3 PM CT are printed the same day, so please contact us right away if you need to change an order.

Proofs and approvals. For uniforms and custom apparel, we'll send a mock-up for your approval. Once you approve a proof, we produce exactly what's on it, so please check names, numbers, spelling and sizes carefully.
