Terms of Service

1. Overview. This website is operated by M-Pressed Designs ("we," "us," "our"), Emory, Texas. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Custom orders. Most of our products are made to order from artwork, names, numbers, sizes and other details you provide. You're responsible for checking that everything you submit or approve is correct. We produce orders as submitted or as shown on the proof you approved.

3. Your artwork and rights. By submitting artwork, logos, photos or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark (including school, league, pro team or brand logos) or other rights. You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from artwork you supply. We may refuse or cancel any order, with a refund, if we believe artwork infringes on someone's rights or is offensive, hateful or illegal. We don't claim ownership of your artwork. We may keep files on record to fulfill reorders, and we'll ask before featuring your work in our marketing.

4. Our designs. Designs created by M-Pressed Designs (including mock-ups and spirit-store designs) remain our property unless we agree otherwise in writing, and may not be reproduced by others without our permission.

5. Proofs. For uniforms and custom apparel, we provide a digital proof, and production starts only after you approve it. Colors on screen are approximate.

6. Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but your price is locked once you place your order. Sales tax is charged as required by Texas law.

7. Wholesale accounts. Wholesale pricing and terms are offered at our discretion to approved business customers and can be changed or ended with notice.

8. DTF transfers. Results depend on the garment, fabric and heat press, and on the time, temperature and pressure used. Our recommended settings are 300°F for 5 seconds, hot peel, then a 5-second covered second press, but we can't guarantee results on every fabric or press. Test a piece first when you're using a new garment.

9. Accuracy of information. We try to keep product details, colors and availability accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or event deadlines missed because of carrier delays.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
