Shipping policy
Shipping & Pickup Policy
Where we ship from. All orders are produced and shipped from our shop in Emory, Texas.
Production times:
- DTF transfers & gang sheets: same-day printing. Gang sheets ordered by 3 PM CT are printed the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM CT are printed on our next production day.
- Custom apparel, spirit wear, embroidery and team uniforms are not same-day. Production times vary by order, and we'll let you know your timeline.
Shipping methods & rates (United States):
- Gang sheets & DTF transfers ship via UPS. Your rate is calculated at checkout for the service you choose.
- Apparel orders ship with the Economy or Standard options shown at checkout.
- Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit delays are outside our control, but we'll always help you track it down.
Local pickup. Choose "Local pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready. Pickup location: 409 RS County Road 1180, Emory, TX 75440. Pickup hours: 6 AM–10 PM.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address. We can't be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping.
Damaged or lost packages. Every order passes our multi-step quality control before it ships or is picked up. If a package is damaged in transit or goes missing, contact us as soon as possible with photos, and see our Refund Policy.
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
